Overview: The gasoline and diesel adsorption separation technology developed based on the concept of "molecular engineering", that is, directly separating the diesel components into heavy aromatics and non-aromatics components through a diesel adsorbent, has the characteristics of high separation efficiency, low cost, environmentally friendly process, and large value-added space for products. It is the core technology to realize the improvement of diesel quality and efficiency. The products obtained from the adsorption separation of gasoline and diesel, combined with technologies such as non-aromatic catalytic cracking (steam cracking) and lightening of heavy aromatics, can maximize the conversion of gasoline and diesel into high value-added products such as benzene, toluene, xylene, and olefins, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the total amount of refined oil products, reducing the diesel-to-gasoline ratio, and realizing the purpose of improving quality and efficiency. Product route: Realize the separation of aromatics and non-aromatics of diesel components, and make further use of heavy aromatics: (1) Route of hydrogenation to high-octane gasoline (2) After hydrogenation to obtain high-purity light aromatics and then directly enter the disproportionation unit to produce PX (the by-product during hydrogenation is a good feedstock for ethylene cracking) Use the obtained non-aromatics for catalytic cracking (under the action of a molecular sieve catalyst) Products: Low-carbon olefins + light aromatics Use the obtained non-aromatics for steam thermal cracking to produce ethylene Because the heavy aromatics are separated, the remaining non-aromatic components are good feedstocks for ethylene cracking. High-aromatic DCC gasoline and diesel mixed lightening route (HDT + HCU + adsorbent) Products: Light hydrocarbons + aromatic-rich gasoline Product advantages: Simple process flow, low equipment investment, low operating cost, and environmentally friendly process. Simple process flow and low equipment investment: For a 1-million-ton/year adsorption separation device, the investment is only 200 million yuan. Moderate process conditions and low operating cost: The separation cost per ton of raw material is 80 to 90 yuan/ton. Environmentally friendly separation process: It belongs to a physical separation process without the discharge of three wastes. High value-added products, flexible product plans, and strong ability to resist market risks. According to market demand, the operating conditions of the combined process can be adjusted, and the product ratio can be flexibly controlled. Through the diversification and flexibility of products, the risk resistance ability of enterprises can be enhanced.
