Overview:

Bird's nest active protective agent is a product developed based on bird's nest inert protective agent, with loaded active metal components (typically Ni, Mo, W). It can be used as a protective agent for hydrogenation reactions. It is applied to remove metal impurities such as iron, nickel, vanadium, calcium, and sodium, as well as some sulfur-containing non-hydrocarbon impurities, from feedstock oils. By intercepting particulate matter in the feedstock and effectively removing impurities such as metals and residual carbon, it aims to reduce bed pressure drop and protect the main catalyst.

Applicable Range:

  • Suitable for hydrogenation refining protective agents of light fraction oils such as coking gasoline, straight-run diesel, coking kerosene, and hydrofiner feedstock.

  • Suitable for hydrogenation treatment protective agents of heavy fraction oils such as vacuum wax oil, coking wax oil, and low-temperature coal tar.

  • Suitable for hydrogenation treatment protective agents of atmospheric residue oil, vacuum residue oil, and medium-low temperature coal tar.
